For: manufacturers (China, Turkey, Belarus) and large dealers who want a full branch without hiring staff.

Additionally I:

My fee: 7% of revenue (sales and rental of machinery + spare parts sales).

Condition: a minimum space reservation fee (5,000–10,000 ₽ per month), credited against the future percentage.

For: foreign manufacturers without a legal entity in Russia (especially China, Turkey, Kazakhstan) and any company that does not want to register a branch.

What I do (everything):

My fee: 10% of each sale (machinery sales/rental + spare parts sales).

For you: no Russian legal entity, no Russian taxes (if you are a non-resident), no staff to hire. Just ship goods to my base. I do the rest.
